Beverly Ruskus is a personal trainer at the YMCA of Lansing, Westside Branch. She holds a degree in Dietetics and is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as both a Group Aerobics Instructor and a Personal Trainer. Additionally, Ruskus has qualifications from The Bio-Mechanics Method and is a Flipping 50 Fitness Specialist in Menopause.
With 30 years of experience in the fitness field, Ruskus has a particular focus on assisting post-menopausal women. She aims to help them lose belly fat, slow down bone loss, and embrace this stage of life through her Body Xcellence method.
Originally from St. Clair Shores, Ruskus moved to Colorado in 2010 and relocated to Lansing, Michigan, in 2022. If you are interested in personal training with Beverly or other trainers at the YMCA, you can visit their website to fill out an inquiry form.
